This petition respectfully requests the adoption and enforcement of Policies restricting the use of physical force by Law Enforcement Officers during arrest procedures within the State of Florida.
Specifically, this petition calls for:

1. The Prohibition of Strikes to the Head and Facial area of any individual during arrest, except where such force is necessary in immediate Life in Danger self-defense.
2. The Mandatory use of De-Escalation Techniques prior to the application of Physical Force, where feasible.
3. The implementation of strict Accountability measures regarding Body-Worn Camera usage & Release of Videos to Public as Requested at No Charge..
4. The Establishment of independent oversight bodies, Law Abiding Citizens to review incidents involving use of Force.
5. Comprehensive Training in Non-Lethal restraint and Conflict Resolution Methods.
6. The Prohibition of Falsifying any Report, Video or Written Police Report.. If Violation Happens then Officers at All Level are Accountable for any or All Legal Damages, Resign from Police Force Applicable..
7. We., the Citizens Demand the Right to Elect All Police Officers for Public Service at all Level..
8. Police Officer at All Level shall have Two Times a Year., Psychological Evaluation.. If He or She is not Capable to Perform his or her duties then Resignation of Police Force Applicable..
9. Mandatory Hours of Voluntary Public Service., Ensuring Police Officers the Importance to Serve Citizens..
10. We the People Demand Police to De-Unionize from any and all Union., it’s too Expensive for the County and We believe Police Officer have already too many benefits from the City..
11. We the People Demand., No Bias standard of any kind in Police Force., No Religious., No Political.. Police Officers should be Neutral on enforcing the Law., No Interest of any what so ever..

The purpose of this Petition is to promote Public Safety, protect Constitutional Rights, and strengthen Trust between Law Enforcement Agencies and the Communities they serve.
